Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

7. Payment and Fees

The fees for our Services are as listed on our Website or as quoted during the consultation process. All fees are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
