If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any fees. Requests made within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee of €25.
We stand behind the quality of our shopping assistance services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours after your shopping session, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 48 hours after your shopping session, detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Returns and exchanges of items purchased during a shopping session are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers from which the items were purchased. Our shopping assistants can advise on these policies during your shopping experience but are not responsible for returns or exchanges after the shopping session.

Gift cards and service vouchers for our shopping assistance services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Unused gift cards or vouchers may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused gift cards are non-refundable but remain valid for the full validity period.
We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards unless proof of purchase is provided and the card has not been redeemed.
In cases where scheduled services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions), we will offer rescheduling at no additional cost or a full refund of any prepaid fees.
