As our shopping assistance services are scheduled appointments, we have the following cancellation policy:

1.1 Cancellation Timeframes

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund of any prepaid service fees.
  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 75% refund of prepaid service fees.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund of prepaid service fees.
  • No-show: No refund provided.

1.3 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any fees. Requests made within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee of €25.

2. Refund Policy for Service Fees

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our shopping assistance services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours after your shopping session, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The shopping assistant did not arrive at the scheduled time and location without prior notice.
  • The service provided significantly deviated from the service description without prior agreement.
  • We were unable to provide the core elements of the service as described in your package.

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 48 hours after your shopping session, detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

2.4 Partial Service Completion

If only part of the agreed service was completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., store closures, unavailability of products), we may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future service.

3. Purchased Items Policy

It's important to note that our shopping assistance service does not include ownership or responsibility for the items you purchase during your shopping session.

3.1 Returns and Exchanges of Purchased Items

Returns and exchanges of items purchased during a shopping session are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers from which the items were purchased. Our shopping assistants can advise on these policies during your shopping experience but are not responsible for returns or exchanges after the shopping session.

3.2 Additional Return Assistance

If you require assistance with returning items purchased during your shopping session, we can provide this as an additional service. Please contact us to discuss rates and availability for return assistance.

4. Gift Cards and Service Vouchers

4.1 Validity Period

Gift cards and service vouchers for our shopping assistance services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Refund Policy for Unused Gift Cards

Unused gift cards or vouchers may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused gift cards are non-refundable but remain valid for the full validity period.

4.3 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards unless proof of purchase is provided and the card has not been redeemed.

5. Force Majeure

In cases where scheduled services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions), we will offer rescheduling at no additional cost or a full refund of any prepaid fees.
